Custom Watercolor Painting of Home, Church or Chapel - DEPOSIT

Begin your custom watercolor painting here! This listing is for a DEPOSIT to get on Leslie's schedule and for her to begin the planning process. Once a deposit listing is purchased, Leslie will contact you within one business day to get a description of what you are envisioning, as well as the final print size desired.

Available sizes are:
- 8x10
- 11x14

Reference photos are required for the process to begin.

Your $50 deposit will go toward your total. Total cost ranges from $75-$200 (depending on custom brief + print size). Digital art (with transfer of complete rights) is available upon request for additional fees. If purchase of digital art with rights is desired, please disucss with Leslie during the planning process.

Once Leslie has reference photos in hand and adequate information to get started, she will sketch the home, church or chapel (or other structure as requested by client) and send an email showing a proof sheet of the initial sketch. At this time, a second deposit will be due and Leslie will complete the watercolor painting.

When the watercolor painting is complete, the balance will be due and the art will be printed. All watercolors are printed on high quality art archival art paper.
